How to Get Sulfur in Palworld
Are you ready to arm your Pals in Palworld? Then you’ll need to know how to get Sulfur, a crucial resource for making gunpowder and ammunition. But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!
Finding Sulfur Deposits
Getting Sulfur in Palworld can be a bit tricky, as you need to know what a Sulfur deposit looks like. These deposits resemble normal rocks, but they have a distinct green/yellow coating that sets them apart.
So, where can you find these valuable deposits? Here are the best Sulfur farm locations we’ve discovered so far:
- Mount Obsidian – This location has a large spawn point of Sulfur deposits, but be warned, it’s scorching hot up there.
- Twilight Dunes – Head to the coordinates -160, -114 for a desert-like environment with Sulfur deposits.
- Dungeons – While not as abundant as the desert, dungeons also have a few Sulfur deposits to mine.
Setting Up Your Sulfur Farm
Once you’ve found a rich Sulfur deposit, it’s time to set up your farm. You have two options: build a base around the deposit or find multiple deposits near a fast travel statue.
If you choose to build a base, make sure you have Pals with Mining and Transporting skills assigned to it. This way, they will automatically gather Sulfur for you. If you prefer not to dedicate an entire base to Sulfur, we recommend visiting the coordinates (-594, -531) on Mount Obsidian. The deposits here are conveniently located next to a fast travel statue, allowing you to quickly gather Sulfur and transport it back to your base.
How to Make a High Quality Workbench and Metal Pickaxe
Before you can start mining Sulfur efficiently, you’ll need a High Quality Workbench and a Metal Pickaxe. To make a High Quality Workbench, you need to be at least level nine and have the following materials:
- x15 Ingot
- x50 Wood
- x10 Nails
Once you have your Workbench, you can craft a Metal Pickaxe with the following materials:
- x15 Stone
- x20 Wood
- x5 Ingot
Equipping the Metal Pickaxe will make gathering Sulfur a breeze in the scorching desert of Mount Obsidian.
Now that you know how to get Sulfur and set up your own Sulfur farm, it’s time to start arming your Pals and conquering Palworld!
